In contrast to the Directors Summit, the IATUL Leadership Academy is open for library managers as well as potential library managers. The two day training session is conducted by academic experts as well as senior IATUL library directors with a substantial background in leadership methods. The 20 participants receive management training and best practice examples to help develop insights for strategies and approaches that are likely to be successful in their own environment.
