From Bench to Bedside: the Information Literacy Journey of Doctors in the UK from Undergraduate Study Through to Professional Practice
Using Cambridge University and Addenbrooke’s Hospital as an example, this talk will identify and explore the library support for medical students to develop their information literacy through their undergraduate education. The services and support available to doctors after qualification through the network of NHS (National Health Service) libraries and electronic resources, will also be highlighted.
